Bare All Beauty Bar Policies

 

Bare All Beauty Bar provides each of our valued guests with full transparency of our booking terms and conditions. This agreement protects our small business, our staff members and our clients. These policies aim to provide an outstanding client experience. By continuing as a client of ours, you fully agree to each of the terms below.

 
  • Bare All Beauty Bar, Inc. utilizes a third-party automated system for appointment and sale verifications. Emails and/or texts are sent 48 hours prior to appointment time. Changes to your appointment can be conveniently made online through email confirmations. For your convenience you may also text or call us at (630) 777-7894, please leave us a voicemail if calling after hours. We can also be reached at booking@bareallbeautybar.com as well as Facebook and Instagram messenger.

  • Cancellations or adjustments to your appointment need to be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to avoid charges. If 24 hours in advance is not given to move, cancel or modify your appointment 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged to your credit card; 100% of the reserved service will be charged for no-shows.

  • If you are running late to your appointment, it is your responsibility to notify us within the first 5 minutes of your appointment otherwise, it will be considered a “no-show.” If you are late to your appointment, it may affect the duration of your service or our ability to accommodate. If we are unable to perform any or all of your scheduled service(s), you may be subject to cancellation fees.

  • At the time of any booking, we require a valid credit card to hold on file for cancellation purposes. Rest assured your information is safe and secure and only utilized to uphold the cancellation policy/terms as stated above.

  • If you are displeased with a service, please contact us within 5 days. We guarantee our work and will happily remedy the situation within 10 business days from when the original service was received (some exclusions apply).

  • All product sales are final. Please contact us if there are extenuating circumstances regarding a product use.

  • Due to an increase in distributor costs and operating expenses, a 5% supply surcharge is added to products and/or services when purchased in store. This surcharge is necessary for our small business to keep giving you the highest quality products and experience possible.

  • We obtain the right to refuse service and will do so to preserve the peaceful ambience of the spa and/or the safety of our staff/clients.

  • It is the responsibility of each guest to accurately complete and update health history information and all forms requested by Bare All Beauty Bar, Inc. Failure to inform the esthetician/skin care therapist of current medical or health conditions and product use may result in undesirable reactions. PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST HAVE ALL FORMS COMPLETED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.

  • Before and after photos provide additional service documentation and are essential in maintaining a complete client record (excludes intimate waxing). These photos are utilized for quality assurance, result progress and ultimately, protect both the esthetician and client.

  • The spa treatments, services and/or facilities received or utilized at Bare All Beauty Bar, are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that Guests may have. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Bare All Beauty Bar, Inc., representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.

  • All online orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our shipping method is USPS Priority at a flat rate of $7.50.
